This is the build I plan to be using in PvP for a while, great results in hinkley last night!
Str 7 - Meets weapon requirements and creates a false appearance of Stonewall - a lot of players will make decisions based on seeing that 7 and thinking you are stonewall.
PE 9 - 6 after drugs just slightly less than gatling range, obviously 7 would be better but it can't be afforded
E 10 - Obviously
C 1 - Obviously
I 1 - Yeah its a grind, but nothing worth doing is easy.
A 9 - 10 on nuka
Luck 3 - Extra protection against bypasses.
Adrenaline Rush: Aka bonus rate of tanking
2 x Toughness
Man of Steel: Make the snipers cry with this extra all over crit roll modifier and make crit bursts a little less bad.
Bonus Rate of Fire - Of course.
2 x Lifegiver - Decent HP, man of steel is worth more than 20 hp from a third though.
More Ranged Damage: Make small guns good for hexing and gatling slightly better on range.
Of course a lot more can be done with this build, it is a build that will never be finished. Theres lots more to do with it after that - i.e. throwing to 120 for grenades, BG to 160 as LSW won't be too terrible on range with MRD and all the optional extras too.
