Proposal: New System for Orders

Well I think once a player achieves a certain level of knowledge then raising caps for blueprints is no issue.

And I can see the logic of buying skill books for new players but I'd rather teach them how to get their own. The kind of person we don't want is the kind you see with 72hp begging in the hub for gear like their only problem is not having decent gear. Then a month later they've got maybe 135 hp and are still asking for gear. It doesn't really take that long to get everything you need if you know what you are doing.

caterpillar : i think youre wrong about the degree of difficulty for newbies to get gear or lets say in general the acclimatisation to this game,mechanix and find what you want to do or what serves your playstyle. Many people didnt play f1 f2 nor tactix and hav no overview on the possibilities,items etc.
I do understand the approach to let ppl learn to diy. Its also my preferred method.

But i c it in my duty as a PK to help those in need, with tipps, aid and also gear (this is just virtual junk but people r 4 real yknow).
And everybody gets sunk sometimes or lacks the motivation to hunt/mine/craft for a while i can understand that and as the devs say its an obvious quit gap and it adds up with getting shot for apparently no reason or seeing someone (-;

Xaviar : i also disagree with your view on hub lurkers. I try 2 c the potential in them, helping them reveals often even more and also strenghtens our Reputation in my opinion. I hav no problems sharing my no +ap gear...
not everyone wants to get involved in a faction from game start, but this whole thing is in a betastate that might never end and newbies get to feel that the most, keep that in mind.
Imnot saying throw gear at every scrub, but it does help some folks to get started.

I want to take my attitude a step further even and create a kind of trusted system for members to share their stuff...iam working on this in my mind and it could work a little like this - get 3 trusted members to vouch for you and youll get access to a base or tent to work as a shared stash. I would expect ppl to bring all loot here (you can keep your precious hidden somewhere else if you feel you need to but in the end it slows down my idea, because it is a system based on TRUST, and i c no point in holding back anything right now).
The whole point is pretty obvious, we will be much more effective,faster and trusty with the factions progress. No everyone needs to do\know\have\ everything or every build! It could lead to morw specialized members doing what theyre best at while not having to make allrounder builds or multiple ones all the times.
This can be especially useful after wipe, imagine not having to set up shitloads of parkinglottents because someone allready did that etc. it will definately add a lot of speed in players progression to find their satisfactory playstyle i think. it is vulnerable to rapes and betrayal i get that, but that just adds up to good rpg xperience in my view xD the bad things make it interesting and it IS what wealds ppl together too.

Okay i would take responsibility for a try on my own expenses if needed, but it requires ppl to use a shared space as their main hideout. I would like to do this with new members because ppl can learn from another easier and we can see abusive behavior faster while letting ppl take more responsibility for themselves and each other.
Maybe it needs and overseer or drill seargent.
