Theory and end results: I had an idea that the fire DR for certain enemies might be significantly lower in the dungeons, based on the fact that visually many of them wear simple armors such as metal. All of the metal armors have ~10% fire DR, so it could have been very effective. This was confirmed with vault 15, but it was found that reno sewers and warehouse have a custom DR that is separate from their visual armor. Also robots exist, and the glow was ridiculously easy to fight the robots. Not all of the floors were explored, but with a very light tank (lifegiverx2, even tougher, adrenaline rush, but missing toughness). Robots will vary between ~10% fire DR (eyebots) and 40-55% DR or so. It is difficult to say with DT to account for, but those are the rough numbers.
Flamer can be very effective in glow I suspect, if only clear out the larger amount of enemies with lower total health. I did not scout the enemies deeper yet, as radiation was building up without radaway on hand, and impending work in real life.

They were in a faction, some name involving ammo, magazine, or clip? I can't remember now as I write up this synopsis.

Author note: Bunraku is a really cool guy. Let me do science and collect data in warehouse, and offered to let me loot a crate, i offered him the ap rocket launcher and he turned it down.
Robots in toxic caves (control group of sorts)

-if the robots in glow have custom DR, then flamer might be ~40%DR, whereas here in toxic it might be the base standard, which is much higher than what seems to be the standard 40%DR for higher tier dungeons
-Post glow trial addendum: It is specific to sentry bots I believe. One encounter with sentry in glow yielded similar numbers
