Becoming a Peacekeeper is not a trivial task; it requires commitment and dedication to a worthwhile cause - the preservation and improvement of livelihoods in the wasteland. To become a member of Peacekeeper Squad, we offer you the following challenges. These are missions which the faction has determined will help you prepare for what's ahead.
The missions below are meant for those who wish to join the Peacekeeper Squad. You don't have to do them all, or in any order, but to join P-Squad, you need to earn 100 Mission Points, and complete Mission 15. Each mission below has a point value. You choose which missions you want, and earn 100 points the way you want. (If you've already done some of these before joining us, then you can get instant credit towards this goal.)
Mission 1: Production and Economy
This mission is to set up a mining tent at a quarry (like NCR or Junktown), and get your personal economy going.
- Get Outdoorsman to 100, and get Ranger perk
- Upgrade the fire pit to a Campfire and rename it accordingly
- Set up a Safe House for mining at a quarry, and start mining iron and minerals
- Craft ammo and sell it to various NPC merchants for caps
- Use caps to buy some Dean's Electronics Skill Books, enough to get Repair 50
- Spend 1500 caps on a crafting profession in Junktown: Small Guns 1
- Craft as much of your favorite ammo as you can, for use in combat
- Craft some Combat Shotguns, and 12g shotgun shells ammo
Once you accomplish these goals, the faction will reward you according to your needs, and will give you a folded tent to use at Modoc.
Reward: 10 Points
Audit: Show a Combat Shotgun, crafted by you, to a P-Squad member.
Mission 2: Let's Go Hiking
Background: All faction members should get the standard advantages available, including the ability to carry more weight as you travel, and also to see locations that are hidden by default.
This mission takes you on a long hike northwest to Klamath through Redding, then east through Modoc to Vault City, and back south through Broken Hills. (You will need to be at least level 6 for the perks.) On the way, you get the following:
- Pack Rat and Strong Back perks at Broken Hills and Redding
- Gecko Skinning perk at Klamath
- Talk with Meloy in Klamath to show the Toxic Caves on your map
- Find a random Hermit somewhere above New Reno, to see Sierra Army Depot
Reward: 5 Support Points
Audit: Screenshot or other proof you have all of these.
Mission 3: Scrambled Eggs
Background: As you progress with Peacekeeper Squad, you'll likely take interest in different fighter builds, so sometimes you'll want to level additional characters. One time-proven leveling method is hunting desert creatures, which do serious poison damage.
This mission starts at the clinic in south Junktown. You will be fighting some tough scorpions in a cave, gathering their eggs and returning some of the eggs to the doctor. This is how you can get the Snakeater support perk, which seriously boosts your resistance to poison.
- Defeat the scorpions and return the eggs
- Get Snakeater perk
Reward: XP, higher resistance to poison/radiation, and 5 Combat Points.
Audit: 1 egg, a screenshot or other proof that you have the perk.
Mission 4: Holotapes
This mission begins in Necropolis. Enter there via Watershed.
- Go into the sewer tunnels and kill all of the rats down there.
- Exit sewer and talk with Elmer to get a holotape and a quest north to Gecko.
- Upload the tape, deliver message to Skeeter, and deliver his reply back to Elmer.
- Kill the rats again for some more xp
Now you have two holotapes to mess with. (See Basic Training)
Reward: 3000 xp and 5 Points.
Audit: Screenshot or other proof
Mission 5: More Houses
You will get a car soon, so you'll need safe places to park all over the worldmap. This mission will help you get a network of safe locations.
- Grab a tent, hatchet, a bunch of fibers, some Combat Shotguns, and some 12g ammo
- Build a Safe House at Modoc and upgrade fire pit to Campfire. Rename it accordingly
- Hunt Brahmin and obtain hides
- Use hatchet on nearby trees to get wood, and make wooden poles
- Start crafting tents to build Safe Houses at:
- Vault City + Shady Sands + Waterworks = 5 Points
- Klamath + Gordon's Gas Station + Broken Hills = 5 more Points
- Redding + Gecko Mine + Gunrunners = 5 more Points
- New Reno + Ares Rocket Silo + Vault 15 = 5 more Points
- Modoc + San Francisco + Necropolis = 5 more Points
- Barter Grounds + Mariposa Military Base + Den = 5 more Points
- Cathedral + Glow + Talchem California HQ = 5 more Points
- Themepark + Navarro + Warehouse = 5 more Points
- Hinkley + Junkyard (not Junktown) + Tobacco Farm = 5 more Points
- Vault City + Shady Sands + Waterworks = 5 Points
Reward: 5 Points per each Safe House group above
Audit: Screenshot of ~myinfo showing tents
You will be traveling all over the map soon, and the fastest way is in a vehicle. Cars are sold in New Reno for caps. They are not very expensive, but there is some risk there as it is a PvP area. This mission is to buy a car. We recommend the Buggy for its speed and low price (15,000 caps). You can try this solo but get a faction member to go with you for protection.
Reward: 10 Points
Audit: Show us that car!
Mission 7: About Your Health
You will face many challenges, some of which will involve engaging in combat. You will take damage sometimes, and thus will require the means to heal yourself.
This mission is all about getting 100 Super Stims. You can either farm them, or gather and craft them yourself. Farming them might be faster, but crafting them gets you some serious XP. To craft them, gather the following:
- 50 Broc Flowers (found on ground in random encounters)
- 50 Xander Root (found on ground in random encounters)
- 150 Bio Med Gels (purchased from doctor at San Fran, 7500 caps)
- 50 Empty Hypodermic Needles (purchased from Jules in New Reno, 900 caps)
- 50 Chemical Components (gathered from barrels at Waterworks)
This is what it takes to craft 50 Super Stims. Deliver these materials to Neville Johnson (or an approved faction rep) to get your reward: 50 super stims. Neville can be found in the Water Merchants area of the Hub. The faction will craft Super Stims for you until you are able to do it yourself.
Reward: 50 superstims crafted from materials you provided, and 10 Points
Audit: Provided materials are proof, or 50 farmed Super Stims
Mission 8: Cellar Rats!
We have had word from Patrick in the Cathedral of the Lost, that their Cellar has an infestation which threatens the safety of all who reside there. Go seek him out and quell this uprising. You will need 10 caps to enter the Cathedral. Go equipped for battle, and don't forget some of those stims! Its a long way to travel so perhaps ask another peacekeeper to travel with you on your journey. On completing this task, send the peacekeepers (forum/discord post) a screenshot of the completed task from your Pip-Boy.
Reward: 5 Points
Audit: Screenshot or other proof like Zip Gun, Temple Key, and Motion Sensor
Mission 9: Too Many Ants!
Dr. Wong Yi Tze at San Francisco has an ant problem. Some of the rats in Mission 5 might have surprised you. These ants might too. If you're too reckless, they will swarm and surround you. Get suited up - ask a member for help if you need it.
Reward: 5 Points

Mission 9.1: Joe's Rat Pack
Officer Joe Kelley in Hub has a menacing task for you. Talk with him about the rat problem, go kill em all, and report back to him for a reward.
Reward: 5 Points

Mission 10: Dogs of LA
Governor Hendriks in New Adytum needs some help eliminating a vicious pack of dogs in the Boneyard area. Be ready for another swarm!
Reward: 5 Points

Mission 11: Brotherhood Quests
At your option, you can temporarily join the Brotherhood of Steel (BoS) and do their missions. You can either do this with your main character and then leave BoS when done, or use an alt that you leave in BoS:
- Checkpoint 1: Investigate a hidden bunker near Necropolis
- Checkpoint 2: Destroy the Mutant Camp
- Checkpoint 3: (next one)
- Checkpoint 4: (last BoS dungeon)
Audit: Screenshots
Mission 12: Stranded Ship
This mission sends you to Klamath. Talk with Meloy (in Real-Time) to get the quest, and do the following:
- Defeat the robots and rats first, both on the main and upper decks.
- Get the 7000 caps, the necklace, and the metal case quest item.
- Defeat the terrors in the hold of the ship.
- Get the 3 Oil Cans, the pocket fuzz, and super toolkit.
- Get the Mechanical Part.
- Optional: with help, complete the quest.
Reward: 10 Points

Mission 13: Trouble on the Railway
Gunther needs your help in NCR. A gang of thugs is disrupting the peace. "Persuade" them to move on! On completing this task, send the peacekeepers (forum/discord post) a screenshot of the completed task from your PipBoy.
Reward: 10 Points

Mission 14: Alien Gold
The mine in Redding has good resources, including gold! Trouble is, it is infested with aliens, including one tough alien queen. Get in there, kill some aliens, kill the queen, and get out with some gold.

Mission 15: Toxic Caves
Beat the sentry robots in this location, and find the Advanced Workbench.
Reward: 5 Points

Mission 16: Medical Terminal
Figure out how to get into the vault under Necropolis and locate the Medical Terminal there.
Reward: 5 Points

Mission 17: Sierra Robots
Explore all levels inside Sierra Army Depot, and defeat the robot guards there. Be ready for a semi-tough fight. Can you find the dead alien? Can you also figure out anything about how to direct power between the different machines inside?
Reward: 10 Points
Audit: Screenshot
Mission 18: Fire Pelts
You need a healthy cache of combat armor. Hunt fire geckos and gather their pelts. Get 30 fire pelts. The faction can help you craft combat armor if you're not making your own yet.
Reward: 5 Points
Audit: Screenshot
Mission 19: Private Base
Register an alternate character (we suggest a "Base Defender" build) and use him to get your own private base. A character can become a base/faction leader even at level 1 so you don't have to level him up now if you don't want to, but getting your own base will help you with some things: first, you will see options in the base terminal that only faction leaders can see, which helps you better understand how faction-base mechanics work. Second, having your own private base leads to easier starts when registering additional characters. (Ask members how.)
Reward: 5 Points

Final Mission: Vault 15 Domination Run
SOLO ONLY!
Once you have 100 Points, you need to run this combat test mission. An old vault North East of NCR is the home for a ruthless group of combatants. They continuously attack NCR, with no mercy given to anyone they meet. As a would-be Peacekeeper, it falls to you to rid this vault of these lawless individuals. You will need to go well armed. The Psycho given to you will help absorb some of attacks you will sustain. Defeat all enemies in V15.
Reward: Initiation to the Peacekeeper Faction and the following
- 1 Combat Armour
- 1 Statted Weapon (AR or LSW)
- 1 Drug Pack (Psycho, Jet, nuka, cigs, beer, 10 superstims)
Initiation Ceremony
The requirements to join Peacekeeper Squad are 100 Mission Points plus a successful V15 Domination Run. Once you do this, the faction will invite you to join as an official member. If you accept our invitation, we'll give you details about a ceremony which is held at our secret bunker base. Details will include: time and place to meet, and dress code.
What's Next?
Once in the faction, there are more missions offered, primarily to attain a higher Combat Readiness Status (CRS). We're still working out the details on this, but here are some combat goals of this faction:
- APK Patrols, where we hunt for people murdering the new/weak/bluesuits and bring them to justice
- Warehouse, Glow and Reno Runs, that take us into PvP collisions with other teams for prize loot
- Town Control, classic TC in the northern towns
- Ares Runs, where we defeat all supermutants in the rocket silo including the boss in level 4
